  UPDATE corporate seen the review and got ahold of us and fixed it!! Thank you! Still sorry it had to be like this to get anything done! At the end of August me and my fiancé at the time went in to look at wedding bands. I found one of the discountinued bands that I loved. The told us they couldn't resize it and we had to do a custom order of it. We did a custom order of it before we left. We were told 6-8 weeks for a custom order, they would send us pics and updates....those never came....they still haven't came. It's now February 6th. Every time we go in there they have no idea what ring we are even talking about. 2 days before our wedding they called us and said they had the ring...we got there and they handed us the ring they said they COULDNT RESIZE!!!! We are still waiting on any update of the custom order. They call us and make sure we get payments in.....on the credit card they said we needed when we put the custom order in... We are Livid to the point we're we just want our money back and we'll keep the one they magically resized for me.
